Toy Drive Pro runs on any computer with a web browser. Standard printers work fine. But thermal printers, barcode scanners, and signature pads can speed things up — especially at distribution events with hundreds of families.
That's really all you need to run Toy Drive Pro. The system runs in any modern web browser. Standard letter paper works for receipts and shopping lists. Volunteers can use their phones for scanning at events. If you have a borrowed laptop and a guest WiFi password, you can run a distribution day.
A web browser is the minimum. Everything else is optional.
We sell and rent equipment that works out of the box with Toy Drive Pro — pre-configured, ready to plug in. Renting is popular for agencies that run programs only a few months a year and don't want gear sitting in a closet the rest of the time.
A note for Toys for Tots chapters: Many TFT chapters can't purchase or accept donated equipment due to property tax tracking requirements. Renting is designed exactly for these programs — no purchase, no donation, no asset to track. Equipment ships before the season and goes back when it's done.
